General Returns

If you are not happy with your product, for whatever reason up to 30 days from the date of sale, we offer a return and refund service. You will need to pay for your return via a tracked postal service. Once the item is returned we will fully refund your purchase. The team will assign you a returns number to add to the label.

Spellings – Who’s liable – Replacement Costs

We manufacture over 50,000 bespoke signs per month, unfortunately we do make mistakes as each and every sign is manually typed into the system. If you find that we have made a spelling mistake then please contact us and we will send out a new component. However, if it is yourself who has made a spelling mistake then unfortunately the new component required is chargeable, new front sections are charge at £3.99 for the A6, £4.99 for the A5 and £5.99 for the A4. Returns – Faulty Product / Quality

If you have received a damaged product there is no need to return it. We will replace this damaged component or complete product in the fastest possible time we can.
